Benjamin Chukwuemeke Isiekwu, has engaged in providing key legal solutions to Clients in areas of Corporate and Commercial Law. Some of his work include: Advising, Drafting and Preparation of Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Venture [Shareholders] Agreements and other related Agreements to support Foreign Investors in Participation Agreements for Public Private Partnership Projects. Benjamin is poised to set the pace as a Legal Practitioner who goes beyond providing legal solutions to Business Clients to providing business solutions to the society. Hence, as an Entrepreneur with a mind-set for distinctive excellence, Benjamin has set up various Business Organizations. Benberty Media Company Limited has been set up for the Media Industry; Beecell Nigeria Limited has been set up basically for Agriculture; Black Rex Limited has been set up for Petroleum and Energy Industry; Auction Basic Company Limited has been set up for Auctions. In a bid to fast track sports development and bring about human capital development for the youth, he has ventured into the world of Sports. BETA AFRICA SPORTS is a Pet Project designed to bring about the best of Africa’s Sports.

Ideh Moses Oghenechovwe is an articulate and self-confident Legal Practitioner with a high sense of humor. He loves challenges and brings to fore on any assignment his team-playing personality, excellent communication skills and commitment to secure the best results. He is highly motivated and easy going. As a Legal Practitioner, he has worked and practiced with the Ministry of Justice in Abia State, Ifesemen & Associates and from 2011 till date he has been with Charles Musa & Co.
As a Legal Practitioner with excellent track record Ideh Moses Oghenechovwe was:
- Part of the legal team that commenced recovery of a debt in excess of NGN 9,000,000,000 [Nine Billion Naira] owed to Union Bank Plc by Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited, a major player in the manufacturing sector.
- In the matter of an Arbitration Between: A. Vs. Z- Part of the legal team to the Respondent in a dispute between two companies. The client is a major player in the construction industry in Nigeria. It relates to the interpretation of key words in a sub-contract and resultant implication to payment terms of the sub-contract.
- Lead counsel in the team that commenced recovery of a debt in excess of NGN 1,600,000,000 [One Billion Six Hundred Thousand Naira] owed to Aso Savings & Loans Plc by Equinox Realtors Limited, a major player in the Real Estate Development sector (ongoing). Commenced and successfully completed the incorporation of Nigerian College of Optometrists Limited by Guarantee at the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Hiltton Chinno has worked as an Administrative Supervisor for Champion Newspapers of Nigeria. He is very energetic and dedicated to his work schedules and task while maintaining a balance with his humorous and unassuming personality. He is very helpful to the cause of young people especially when it relates to Sports. Sometime between September 2008 and December 2009, Mr. Hiltton Chinno worked as the Head of Unit for the Protocols and Publicity Unit at the National Institute for Sports [NIS]. He is a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Management. He is happily married with kids. Currently, he is the Principal Assistant Registrar of the Personnel Unit with the National Institute for Sports [NIS] at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Akassa Ebikake Joy is an industrious sports personality. She has actively been involved in sports activities for some time now. Between 2011 and 2012, she acted for the Rivers States Sports Council as Sports Coach II at the 18th National Sports Festival hosted by Lagos State in 2012. Akassa Ebikake Joy currently works with Nigdel United Oil Company Limited, Lagos State as Administrative Assistant Officer.

Mr. Innocent Ogben Ekpang has a background in Information Technology with particular expertise in Computer Networking. He is a talented Footballer and handles the role of Teams Coordination at Beta Africa Football Club.
